1) Meeting called to order at 7:08 PM
2) Present are Cris Hart, Vern Bruce and Thomas Beutel. No visitors.
3) Motion to approve July 3, 2008 minutes by Thomas, 2nd by Cris. All approve.
4) Correspondence
- Ron Vane donation of $2000, Dec 20, 2008
- City of Brisbane planning commission hearing from Oct 23, proposal to restore steam loco on baylands was approved
- Verbal suggestion to attend Ione Railroad faire (see http://pw1.netcom.com/~dparsons/Ione07.html)

- Motion to apply for membership in Brisbane Chamber of Commerce, $85. Motion by Vern, 2nd by Thomas. All approve.

A: Secretary report:
- A1: Website statistics. Readership is steady at 55 visitors per day, on average.
- A2: Basecamp account has been closed and files have been saved.
- A3: PayPal? is requesting additional information about non-profit status.
B: Treasurer's report:
- B1: Account balance is $2513.33
C: President's report:
- C1: Brisbane "Day in the Park" booth successful, many attendees interested in the roundhouse
- C2: Allison Wilson created roundhouse flyer, and Cris sent request to CSRM for photo clearance
- C3: Ione Railfair coming up, may want to attend
- C4: Winterrail coming up, want to have a booth
- C5: Allison created new version of logo
- C6: Presented at Rotary Club of Belmont, well attended
- C7: Rotary Club of Woodside wants to have a presentation
- C8: Thank you to Vern for use of Millbrae Train Museum for BOD meetings
- C9: Rich Brandi is moving the roundhouse nomination process along, making great progress
- C10: High-Speed Rail on peninsula - what is the impact of construction on historic roundhouse? Cris will attend public comment meeting on Jan 27.
